I dunno if anyone else does this, but after watching your stream a while back, every time I look at your artwork, I see all the by-hand shading because you refuse to close your lines and it makes me laugh a little on the inside thinking about you being just a tiny bit exasperated with yourself as you were working
Ah, you hear the call of the mountains as well, I hear them too. Its a good place to lose yourself and focus yourself at the same time. Northern California, specifically the Shasta area is very beautiful, you should check it out (if you haven't already). Supposedly they have the 13th Crystal Skull in a place called the Shambhala Center in the town of Mount Shasta 😄
I've done this a lot as well. I have a specific set of rings I wear most of the time, so, especially when I go out walking by myself, I wear them for this reason, just in case.
