Auuugh as someone who also primarily draws comics but writes prose sometimes, it’s so frustrating to have to describe characters’ emotions in an accurate, communicative but not too on-the-nose way instead of just… drawing them 😭

in case you didn’t see it, he actually did announce recently that his first prose novel, Scarlet Morning, is coming out in November! <3
