First ever parasomnia I witnessed from my ex was before we started dating, she sat up swung her legs off the side of the bed, looked directly at me and told me: “You NEED to Segway the Appalachian trail” we were roommates in college and her bed was lofted like 6 feet off the ground so I asked if she was awake to make sure she didn’t try to like go somewhere and she said yes then looked around, added “I’m serious” and flopped back over
